Sherman Oaks Water Damage Experts is a free referral and dispatch service. We connect homeowners with independent, third-party licensed local contractors who perform water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mold remediation services. We do not perform restoration work ourselves, and any work performed is done by independent contractors who are solely responsible for their own services, licensing, insurance, and workmanship.

No Guarantee of Contractor Work

While we aim to connect homeowners with qualified, licensed, and insured professionals, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by a network contractor. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify a contractor's license and insurance status directly, for example through the California Contractors State License Board, before authorizing any work.
